Established in 1969 by Dean and Juanita Carter, Carter’s Homes is a family-owned and operated manufactured and modular housing dealership. Now managed and owned by Dean and Juanita’s son, Neil Carter, Carter’s Homes continues the proud family tradition of offering high-quality homes at reasonable prices.
