Factory Built housing is built stronger than most site built housing.

Factory Built housing uses the same material as the site built without the weather, in a controlled environment. Which cuts down on the labor cost on a finished home.

Factory Built housing includes modular and mobile homes, no matter the number of sections.

Factory built housing is more cost effective than site built housing per square foot for a better build quality.
